We had been trying to refinance for over a year, but were told it was impossible due to a combination of factors, including our low credit scores, we had nearly given up hope when we were introduced to (the company), via a mutual friend, who assured us that we could get a loan through Greystone...
Several obstacles arose during the process i.e., we had to follow strict guidelines set by the IRS, who were in line for payment before refinancing due to back taxes. We had to appease the lender, as they didn't want to buy a loan that the IRS had claim to and then the title and escrow companies had to be made aware of new and different procedures in order for this loan to fund. It was a complicated procedure...
